  31. I know this won't help you now, but in Final Writer 5 you can rearrange
  32. the order of sections.  The feature has already been completed and
  33. tested.  You select "Arrange" from the "Sections" menu and a requester
  34. appears for you to modify the order of any and all sections at once.
